We collect very little. This website has no customer accounts and no checkout, and we do not run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

The personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — by email, or by messaging us on Instagram or Telegram to place an order. A small amount of non-personal information (your order list, your currency preference, and your age/disclaimer confirmation) is stored locally in your own browser and is never sent to us or to any server.

When you order, your messages are handled by Instagram or Telegram and your payment by the payment provider hosting the secure payment link we send, each under its own privacy policy. What we receive from that process is described below.

Information you give us by email. If you contact us at support@helixresearchlabs.net (or another address we publish), we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and anything you include in your message and attachments. We use this only to respond to and manage your enquiry.

Information you give us when you order. Orders are placed by messaging us on Instagram or Telegram. We receive your username on that platform, the messages you send, and the details you give us to fulfil the order — your name, delivery address, and contact details. Payment is taken through a secure payment link hosted by our payment provider: we receive confirmation of payment and the details needed to fulfil the order, and we never see or store your full payment-card number. We do not operate customer accounts on this website, and no payment is processed on it.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age, and this site is restricted to qualified researchers who are at least 18.

To make the site work, a small amount of information is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any server. Specifically:

• Order list — the items you add, stored under "helix_cart", so your order list persists between page views.
• Currency preference — the display currency you select, stored under "helix_currency".
• Age and disclaimer confirmation — a record that you accepted the research-use-only terms and confirmed your age, stored under "labs_gate_v2" in local storage so you are not asked again on this device.

You can clear this information at any time by clearing your browser's site data for helixresearchlabs.net. Doing so will empty your order list, reset your currency preference, and cause the age/research-use disclaimer to appear again.

We do not currently use cookies to identify or track you, and we do not use third-party analytics, advertising, remarketing, or social-media tracking pixels on this site. The browser storage described above is functional only and is not used to profile you or to track you across other websites.
