"In vitro" means the products are for use in controlled laboratory settings, outside a living organism (for example, in test tubes, culture dishes, or analytical instruments) by qualified personnel.

No product on this Site is offered, sold, or intended for any other purpose — including clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, household, commercial, or manufacturing use.

Helix Labs and Ethereal Labs are two brand presentations of a single operator and share one product catalogue. Ethereal Labs is a positioning and presentation layer only; it does not offer a different class of product.

The same Research Use Only terms apply identically across both brands, regardless of which brand storefront you purchase from.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The version published on this Site at the time of your order applies to that order, and your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
