Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Helix Labs and Ethereal Labs (together, the "Store", "we", "us", or "our") process, package, and ship orders, and sets out the responsibilities that rest with you, the buyer. It applies to all orders placed through helixresearchlabs.net. All products are supplied strictly for research use only — for in vitro laboratory research only, and NOT for human or veterinary consumption. Bracketed values below (for example our facilities or 1–3 business days) are placeholders to be finalised with qualified legal counsel before publication.

Research Use Only — Buyer Eligibility

All products offered by Helix Labs and Ethereal Labs are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

By placing an order and accepting shipment, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher purchasing solely for lawful research purposes, and that you will store, handle, use, and dispose of the products in accordance with all applicable laws and accepted laboratory safety practices in your jurisdiction. This framing governs every part of this policy and cannot be waived.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays observed in our facilities. Orders confirmed after our daily cut-off time or on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods, or where a specific batch or Certificate of Analysis is being finalised, processing may take longer. If we anticipate a material delay to your order, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your order. Processing time is separate from, and additional to, carrier transit time.

Shipping Destinations and Carriers

We ship worldwide by express courier from our facilities. The carrier and service level are selected per order based on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and any special handling the products require.

We reserve the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order — in whole or in part — to any destination where we reasonably believe that import, supply, or delivery would be unlawful or restricted, or where a carrier will not accept the shipment. Where an order is cancelled by us for this reason, any remedy will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping Rates and Quotes

Shipping rates are quoted per order and vary by destination country, package weight and volume, chosen service level, and any special handling such as temperature control. The applicable shipping charge is confirmed to you before dispatch.

Quoted shipping charges cover carriage only. They do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or brokerage and clearance fees, which are addressed separately below.

Packaging and Handling

Orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer packaging with protective interior materials designed to safeguard the contents during transit. Where a product's stability requires it, we use temperature-appropriate packaging (for example insulated packaging or gel packs) suitable for the expected transit window.

Protective and temperature-controlled packaging is intended to preserve product integrity during normal transit only. It does not guarantee stability beyond the conditions or timeframe stated for each product. On receipt, you are responsible for inspecting your order promptly and storing all products under the appropriate conditions.

Import Legality Is Your Responsibility

Research chemicals and research peptides are regulated differently from country to country, and often from region to region within a country. It is your sole responsibility, before placing an order, to determine and ensure that each product is lawful to import, receive, possess, and use for research purposes in your jurisdiction.

We make no representation or warranty that any product is legal to import or use in any particular jurisdiction. Placing an order confirms that you have satisfied yourself of the legality of doing so. We are not liable for any loss, seizure, penalty, or other consequence arising from your failure to verify or comply with the laws applicable to you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, tariffs, and any brokerage, clearance, or handling fees levied by the destination country or its carriers. These charges are set by the destination authorities, are additional to the product and shipping price, and are not collected or refunded by us.

Customs authorities may open, inspect, hold, or delay any international parcel at their discretion. Any resulting delay is outside our control and does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund except as expressly provided in this policy or our Refund & Returns Policy.

Risk and Title

Title to, and risk of loss or damage in, the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier — the precise transfer point to be confirmed with legal counsel and aligned with the applicable shipping terms.

Once risk has passed, the products travel at your risk, subject to any carrier liability and to the loss, damage, and seizure provisions set out below.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email a tracking number and carrier details to the address associated with your order. You can follow your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's tracking service.

Please allow up to 1–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active and to update, particularly across international borders and during customs clearance.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Any transit or delivery timeframe we provide is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on the destination, the carrier, and customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including customs inspection or clearance, carrier backlogs, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Undeliverable, Refused, Held, or Seized Parcels

A parcel may be returned to us or fail to complete delivery for reasons including an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed or refused delivery, or being held or seized by customs or another authority.

Where a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will offer re-shipment or a refund of the product value, at our discretion. Where a parcel is held or seized by customs or another authority, including as a result of your failure to ensure the products are lawful to import into your jurisdiction, no refund or re-shipment will be provided. You remain responsible for any charges we incur in connection with a returned or seized parcel.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at support@helixresearchlabs.net within 7 days of the delivery date or last tracking update, with your order details and, for damage claims, photographs of the packaging and contents.

We will investigate and, where applicable, pursue a claim with the carrier. Any refund, replacement, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and is subject to the risk and title terms above.

Address Accuracy and Order Changes

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and recipient details. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or loss resulting from an address that is incorrect, incomplete, or unable to receive the shipment.

If you need to correct your address or amend an order, contact us at support@helixresearchlabs.net as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, carriers, or applicable law. The version in effect at the time you place your order governs that order.
