KLOW (GHK + BPC + TB + KPV)

Description: KLOW is a multi-peptide research blend combining the copper-binding tripeptide GHK-Cu, the gastric-derived pentadecapeptide BPC-157, the actin-sequestering thymosin beta-4 fragment TB-500, and the alpha-MSH-derived tripeptide KPV. In tissue-repair and regenerative research models, its constituents are investigated for complementary mechanisms spanning angiogenesis and nitric-oxide pathway modulation (BPC-157), cell migration via actin dynamics (TB-500), melanocortin-associated inflammatory signaling (KPV), and copper-dependent extracellular-matrix remodeling with collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis (GHK-Cu). The combination is studied to characterise the interplay of these overlapping pathways across the inflammatory, proliferative, and remodeling phases of the wound-healing cascade.
